Having over priced items sort of helps true ftps
What it hurts are the low/medium spenders, as they can't get much.
So it depends on who you ask.

And did you bother to count how many ninjas that you can get there are?

I'd say 80% might be a bit of an over estimate, but your 2 out 15 is an just a horrible underestimate.

Granted, it is possible that many of the ninjas that you can get easily are mostly not very useful, and doesn't include any of the super strong ones, but that doesn't affect he proportion of them out of the total ninja pool.

Personally, I have 80 ninjas, there are, according to the training tab, 34 that I don't have(I can see playboy sasuke etc on the list now despite not having frag, so I guess none are hidden now).
The 34 does include ninjas that I could get but choose not to, like chikushodo, and a few I have a very high frag count that no doubt are possible for players to get.
But in any case, I have 80 out of 114, which is 70%. It won't be very hard to get another 5% in a month or so, thou reaching 80%, even if they stop adding new ninjas in, might take half a year or so.
I'm ftp btw.

  • If you mean 200 as if it's approximate seal scroll spending, then you are wrong, it's not about how many seal scrolls you spend, or around which number you might get it, no...it's the luck/chance % of getting, you might as well get it at the first draw, and it would be like 1% chance of getting, it's just that each time the % grows, but it's not a guaranteed draw anyway even if you can reach 50% of chance.
Actually you get a super rare at or before(usually at) multiples of 400, Tendo is a super rare. Now, you could get one of the other super rare, like Hashirama, instead, but I believe there is also a rule that you don't get repeats until you get a certain number of ninjas of that quality (which is why in sage treasure, all 3 are GUARANTEED in 180, whereas no kage rare is guaranteed). I think it's 3 or something but in any case, thing is you will most definitely receive tendo within either 800 or 1200 pulls (is sasori is SR in there? I'm not sure, he's listed in the treasure but I don't really see ppl pull him, and he's the SR of sage)

But anyway, 400 is the number, not 200, not exactly easy to reach but it's there.

    i don't know if its possible to pull dupes of SR ninjas before puling them both or not, while i dont know anyone who has i wont disregard the possiblility until a mod confirms it.

    sasori 100 puppets is SR of sage treasure not tendo treasure.
1. I never said you won't get duplicate from sage before 180, i said you'd get all 3 by 180. There are chances, albeit low, of rares dropping early and that could cause dupes within 180.
2. Ao, for example, can be gotten from kage treasure as a common. Are you sure it was dupe from sage (drawing twice from sage) and not drawing a dupe in sage of what you got in kage.

I'm fairly sure that you will not get dupe rares in sage before you get all 3, which puts it at latest 180. I say this because this is what I have experienced, what my group mates (and some outside my group on my server) have said to have happened and, until your post, what everyone on the forum have said.
Given that, it is much more likely that you or the "people" you've "seen" are mistaken as opposed to everyone else.
On that note, there are quite a few posts QQ about dupe summons after the 4th gold or something, sometimes many times in a row. I have yet to see a single one that complaints about the first 2 or 3 gold summon being dupe (which if happened, people will much more likely screaming about since it would be a far worse thing). Given that, it's highly probable that summons have a mechanic that prevents dupe gold until you get 3 or 4 different ones. And if so, it would make sense for such a mechanic to also exist for sealed treasures and therefore supports my theory there.


Sasori 100 is listed in Tendo, I don't know what rarity it is. I don't really do Tendo.

  • Proof of what? lol They just answered to the person claiming that is rigged that is not pre-picked in the sense that you can't program that. If you want to program show all these option but always give "Y" I guess you could. But then everyone would get the same fixed reward becuase you told the game that is the only one possible.

    Now if you want multiple items, you need to code in that anyway, if there's two to pick from you can give each 50%, if its ten then it can be 10%. If you want you c*so code it in a way that some items have a higher percentage like you'd have three one can be 20% the other 30% and the last one 50%. You're basically telling the game this is the one I want to fall the most and this is the one I want to fall the less. Still like you said it "some people get lucky some people doesn't". It won't change that some people get what they want in their first try and other people don't. Now, no one has said it has a specific percentage smaddeus merely brought 5% and 50% as examples, you'd know that if you had actually took the time to read well and understand what they wrote. You really couldn't say what are the specific percentages unless you look at the code.
You can, however, have dynamic % chance for each potential drop that takes in variables such as amount of money spent, level and even past "rolls"
For example, and this is probably used by some games, you can have the good reward chance go down as the player level increase, starting with a fairly high amount. This will entice a player to stay in the game during the early days. and once they are "old" enough and will less likely to quite the game due to time invested, good rewards wont drop into their lap anymore.

Alternatively, many game gives you super good luck for your first 1-5 "rolls" and then drop off after that, or maybe the chance can be reduced after you getting something good a fixed number of times.

it's true that it's rather unfeasible for them to rig the chances against a specific player so chance is a factor, but at the same time, they can rig the system to make it appear far better than it actually is in the long run.
