It totally depends on your ninjas you currently have and your play style. You need to show your available ninjas to get a proper reasoning to why you should change to specific class.

with your current available ninja you can try lightning with kimimaro (3*), guy/kabuto/karin/jugo/iruka and sasuke.

Tip: Your main should be on 1st (if no tank) or 2nd spot, if you are using him as damage dealer, and on 2nd, 3rd or 4th spot when using as support.
