Yeah, you need to clear the wanted mission in team mode for you to be able to get the bonus 200% exp.

if u go WITH a team and clear WITH them(dont quit or let them all quit) u'll get 40k or 50k exp/mission:lol

I might be daft or asking a * question. But when you're in a team, is there actually anyone else in the team? Or are you just doing it solo in Team mode?

Cause obviously if you're doing it alone but in Team mode, it counts as you're still alone. There's no trying to fool the system hat you're in a team. lol!
