I am scanning some websites that can download Naruto images. But I have no idea why the homepage of Chroem is changed to Rambler.ru, a Russian website, I think. I have tried some solutions like manual removal but it does not help. Any Russian can help?

sounds like you installed some adware.

try this first, go to chrome://settings/
verify default search engine as well as the "On startup" set pages.

if this changes back to Rambler.ru next time you reboot or restart chrome, check for any recent installed applications and try to uninstall them.
