if your f2p player you have to click the check in part for that.

i did check in every day but this one showed up only today.

The thing stopped popping up when you login for quite a while, so the check in must be done by manually opening the page. That's pretty much everyone.

well that's something new since it popped up daily, same thing today. i don't know maybe for P2W that one doesn't pop up but this is just ridicilous

for medal user it isnt a real problem since they get checked every day without doing a thing and still... if it didnt checked it... it will do later on since you can "late check in" like 5 or 7 days ago. So this issue should only be a F2P issue

I'm f2p too, and the stopped popping was annoying to be sure.
That said, i don't think it's intended, probably the day light saving thing messed up the popup trigger or something. In any case, the end result is that it didn't pop up, so a lot of f2p didn't check in because they didn't think of manually doing it and.... here we are.

That could have been very much the case.


I've already spoken with the team about the calendar issue and there's currently no bug involved with it.
Again, we encourage players to check and confirm that they've checked the calendar itself.
However, OP if you feel you've checked.
Please send Oasis a ticket through the Support system, explain the situation to them (containing screenshots)
