  • To be honest having 4 groups is a pretty good situation and are six months they are no more opening servers with that kind of regularity. If you take a better look at the announcements you will see there is one new server opened per region every 10 days now...

This. My merge has been down to 3 groups for months now and I don't feel like my server is dead, but my original server only had 2 groups before it got merged so maybe a lower server like S15 had a ton of people at 1 point and your standards are a lot higher than mine.
