    Sasuke - X - X
    Wind - Naruto - X
    Kiba - X - X

    For talent, go for 1 1 3 2 build.

    Worked out pretty well for me. You can switch out Sasuke for Tenten I guess. But she will not get buffed from Wind's passive.
Thanks but i don't think sasuke will get buffed from wind's passive.
