Wow, and they said this wasn't a bug due to "memory loss with the Benefit Hall"... Even though so many people have reported this problem over the past few days. I mean, with so many people having problems with check in, how is it not something getting lost in the game's coding? If it were one or two people, maybe. But how many people have said they've had this problem?

the count of bugs are incresing, cuz TI and SA isn't fixed at all, group activities reedemn is bug too, now benefit hall, and EVEN the mail of compentation for the bug that they send us today, are also Bugged. :L

So it wasn't just me who had this, I lost 15 as well, and if it's just passed off as some little thing, that wouldn't be right, we're losing 20 Sai frags, a lv 3 life magatama,.150k coins, 100 coupons, 5 bond scrolls, 10 ramen, and 5bbq, and we're having to wait a single day later for stuff that we should've gotten today. I know I was on wednesday to, because I was there for gnw.
Maybe someone here needs to make a poll to take count on how many people have experienced this.

i had the same problem with day 14 and for now no one can help me about it

There is a known bug where the check in thing doesn't automatically pop up upon sign in anymore, which could potentially cause people to forget to check in despite having logged in during that day.

There is, frankly speaking, no way for the mods to know whether the players who claimed they have manually checked in are speaking the truth, or if they simply got caught in the above mentioned bug and therefore have not checked in during the day as a result(there are also a few player who admit that they missed check in as a result of it, disproportionately few actually, so tbh I'm sure at least some of the people who are claiming they have done manual check in is lying). Thus far, no one have provided any evidence that they have checked in during the previous day like they said they did, not that I expect anybody to be able to considering we should be expected to know when bug is about to happen.

Personally, I'm going to start screenshotting my check in page after I check in every day, so if a previous day becomes unchecked for some reason, I will have evidence to show that I have checked in on that day. I suggest everyone to do the same, otherwise I'm sure the bug will be dismissed as a case of "he just forgot and is lying about it"

Considering that there are more and more reports every day, the bug should still be on-going, so it's not too late to start creating evidence.

i know your point, but i'm strictly every day i start to play i check benefit hall reedem daily rewards , checking day and verifying for missed mission from the another day, but is because maintance uncheck my day... i cannot forget check that day specially cuz was wednesday , day of GNW.

I remember it not popping up for me the last few days, and I remembered to get it in, I'm considering checking in today now in hopes I don't forget later.

I missed 13 and 14 from it not popping up automatically. But this morning, it popped up automatically again.. so at least that part is fixed.

We continuously encourage players to remember to check-in via the calendar.
However, if you feel like you've manually checked the calendar and it didn't record.

Do the following >
Contact "Support" on your client or browser.
Explain the situation thoroughly and include screenshots involving your full client + CPU time and the calendar itself. That way it saves time and helps the CS system.
