Every single game out there has this minority of white kinghts who think that the gaming company wil save their souls at the end of days. Its a very weird phenomenon and quite frustrating to those who try to have conversations about subjects that might not be positive. These people will arrive on their high horses and start flaming and debating your comments instead of the subject at hand, thus derailing entire threads. In the case of games like these who garner alot of complaints because of its shady business model, its acutally a good strategy for the company to let these players thrive, as it will make the the job of a moderator easier, because they can just close said "derailed" thread without looking like evil dic...tators.

Actually, its even worse than how you depict it. As we often see in game they actually translate the content in German before retranslating it to us. Oasis reaches heights of laziness i dont see often even in the very flawed browser game industry. This is actually a shame, because we can see in China the potential this game has, they could easily correct the small mistakes the older version made and use this previous knowledge to create a better experience. They have the power to modify how content is distributed and they still choose to simply ship us old retranslated patches.

On the subject at hand I will say that adding the little features like level rewards in the benefit halls and readjusting the the group wheels in favor of the players once more would go a long way in gaining the communities trust back. You dont need to make huge sweeping changes to the game, being consistant and moving the game forward on a regular basis is far more rewarding in the long run.
