we received some bug reports about frezzing battle, in order to check and solve this bug, we will take down all UK servers for 15-30 minutes.
Sorry for any inconvenience, all UK server players will have compensation after bug solving.

As i said in title how long does it take to give compensation for a sistem error?A week, a month, as long as it tooked to get arena rewards?
Not really being petty but at least dont say you give when you wont,i doubt anyone would have asked for it,it would have been treated like another lie or missinformation in a more gentle way put

SO we get the compensation but is bugged :( well at least it only tooked 24h to get the compesation they said ,but is bugged so i am guessing another 24h to get it???:dizzy:

Same here. Got the Coupon Mail but Scroll and Potion still can't be extracted.
