I love this game, but they need to hire some more reps for customer service if they are going to experience this much bugs and missing stuff.

Those are two totally different issues.

One is TI & SA not resetting for certain regions, the other is UK servers being taken down for a brief period of time to fix a battle issue.

Apparently you need to learn how to read because that is for a different bug about freezing battles not for TI and SA bug.... So go back to school or stay in school and learn how to read.

Actually I don't know if Jor1 was talking about no compensation for the battle issue on their server or TI/SA. If you don't specify people will make assumptions. So you better give the info right. smh

people receive compensation for a 15-30 minute break from the game, our bug is already 3 days old, i think we should get an even bigger compensation
