There is no rarity, she is common ninja in kage, you can get in your first 10 draw or more, it is more rng based.

I've been getting her pretty common. The common ones I see are Mabuai and Torune.

i got mabui on 110 pull and after 200 pull still no AO , so yeah its common

i got her in free draw...and later again in draw 10, its pretty common with Torune or Fu

Jigukudo and konan are hardly rare these days, they are more event ninjas then treasure ninjas because no one who atleast barely know how to play this game will draw from seal or tendo treasure. you can get these 2 very easily from events and all it takes is spending 40 seal scrolls worth of coupons which makes them way way cheaper to get from events compared to getting them via seal treasures.

I got my 2nd Mabui yesterday from free pull, and my first one in either my 6th, 7th, 8th, or 9th, probably 7th or 8th, pull 10 from kage, I remember getting her in my 2nd rare buildup thing (Example-first 1-5 pull tens are a buildup due to getting a rare at the end, atleast that's how I see it, kinda like seasons, the season finale being once you get a rare.). But Mabui's just a 10% chance every pull 10, it only took my up until my 13th pull 10 to get all of them.

So in all, she's just 1 of ten you can get from kage. Hopefully I got the percentage right.

Judging by this and my own experience, I feel like each individual account gets one common Kage ninja as the "problems child" that is really difficult to get for some reason.

One of my groupmates has pulled 250-270 times, yet still has no Fu Yamanaka. What I think is really interesting is that in this week's Sakura Festival he has been 100% unable to get any Fu Yamanaka fragments, but that's going off topic.

Me, on the other hand, got Fu on my first pull.
