  • Is it possible to get 80 fragments throughout the week by doing "Missions General Mobilization" ?
Its never possible to get a full ninja for free :P Typically it would take you 3-4 events of farming to get them, but so far they have never released a good ninja for that many events (eg: SSK PB was removed after a couple, etc). They might come back, but by then the ninjas would probably be obsolete in the meta.
