[ Bugs ] Info on TI Fix?

Hello,

I've already posted my info on the official thread about the bug, but I was wondering if there was any information on when it should be fixed for everyone? it takes 4 days to do all of our team instances and we only have 4 more days after today before the next reset should happen. So i'm worried that we wont have enough time to do them all.

Thanks for any information you can give us.

You asked we don't have time to finish up the ti's for the reward so do the remaining 5 without rewards jeez

There is more than clear... Rewards are weekly. Is up to you when you choose to do that.

Rewards didn't reset for everyone, it's not a choice whether I do them or not I have not been allowed to do them because of the bug.

You tried the whole "clear cache/flush DNS" thing, right? Just making sure you've covered your bases, because they're gonna ask you to do that too, so it's better if you already have that answer in your back pocket. :)

Same I have done the Clear Cashe and dns Flush even a ip renew Still to no avail starting to get a bit frustrating.
Not being able to get rewards for TI or SA.

We've rolled out a fix earlier today and it fixed it for many. However, players are still experiencing this issue.
Need not worry, we're working to fix this for everyone.

If the Reset issue is still affecting you, please report it here and follow the format of the thread.

There's no ETA for the fix as things could go wrong (Like earlier today), but we're trying to make it work guys.

Any update on this? Feedback, even if it's just to say " We have yet to fine the root cause and are still looking into it.", would be appreciated.

I have been clearing cache and cookie almost every hour on the hour when playing Naruto. So, yes, it is still broken for many.
