Guys, we all know they wont change anything
1) Same system on cn
2) They doesnt care about morale and f2p players
3) They're way too greedy
4) With all this p2w they just cant see that A LOT OF SERVERS ARE DEAD BUT THEY STILL MAKING NEW SERVERS

I do not see why do you think this system is good for the finances of the company.

You are implying that a paying player gives them money, and f2p doesn't (which is obvious) and that it means they only care about the paying player because again, he gives them money.

But let's look at the system, top 5 players, thanks to this get average of 4500 coupons for free. That's theoretically 90$ loss for the company for every player strong enough to get 3 plunders every day.
Of course, not everyone actually would top up these 4500 ignots if there were no coupons, that is very important to point out.
But still this is so much coupons that a player does not really need to top up ingots to stay in top 5.

So I really do not think you can say this is a system dictated by publishers greed, more like just publisher not wanting (or not having rights, though Naruto Online publishers seem to have some freedom in that department) to change the original system.
