  • It does lower damage done to ONESELF , so under chaos you do a surten damage and it lowers by damage reduction.

no that is wrong it reduces all dmg, just the translation is a bit wonky

well i should say it should reduce all dmg. the problem is you need so much of it to do something that its not worth it to stack it
