Checkin and events so far appear to be the only ways to get him as of now, but apparently he might end up in exchange shop later on.

Oh boy, old thread, I remember this thread.

GNW Kiba actually isn't a bad character in any way tho... he actually served as a decent tank and a budget Sage Naruto for me for a long time.

I never got to "grow up" with gnw kiba, but I always kinda wanted him, he was really tanky back in the day, in my opinion. (I started like 2 months after my server got opened)
