I'm not sure about that... by the time a serious ftp might get enough frag to get cursed hidan, new treasures will probably be released and maybe other stuff too to make it not even remotely meta....

And if you do your math, you will realize that it takes more than that one year and half to get cursed hidan for a ftp. Most event that had him in it that ftp can actually get frag, we can only get 1 or 2 frag over the entire week, and we don't get such an event every week.
Granted, burning coupon could speed it up on some events, but that's very expensive and very rare.

So I'm not entirely sure how meta he is exactly. The most common search results are from a year and half ago, he is shown to be on a number of compo with water main and roshi. But once I limit the search date range, the results die off really fast.
