I don't know why, but my main character level, and all of my other ninja's levels are 43, but on the ranking board I am counted as level 37. I can't claim the new server gift pack because of this. anyone know what to do?

Boards update every hour so try waiting til update, but you should be able to claim the pack once u hit the level no matter what

this was a problem a few days ago. is my main character level separate? I want to claim the level 40 level up event on the new server.

A screenshot would welcome but. the event is already expired but you can still view the ranking board or its simply not updated ( i dont know what the timeframe 1 day or 1 houre) yet or it could be bug by the way.

I believe it is for people to claim their rewards before the event is taken off.
