I don't know why, but my main character level, and all of my other ninja's levels are 43, but on the ranking board I am counted as level 37. I can't claim the new server gift pack because of this. anyone know what to do?

this was a problem a few days ago. is my main character level separate? I want to claim the level 40 level up event on the new server.

Wow. why would they display *ready expired event as if it is still going on??? Thanks for that though.
