I don't think there's any problem with the stuff you mentioned... just maybe the packs after GNW.
As for the people who just leave for benefits, it is 'smart' on their part, but *y people who ditch their guildmates. I understand if you're sad, but if they aren't loyal to your guild, they were never good to have anyways.
