So i've been wondering because i found Nagato's hideout and Kumogakure That was not apart of the map

  • There are quite a few areas not dotted on the world map, but I use them to hide when I plunder ;P What you mentioned is 2 of the many areas.
tbh i see a map not dotted on the world map that's group base wahahhahhaha

  • The area before you get to five seal barrier as a rock in front of a cave, and you can hide in there. There is nothing in it. Also Orochimaru's base can be entered in the forest of fire where Kimi loves to stand in front of.
