Hello.

As title says.
I'm trying to set the Security Questions in my profile... picked all 3 questions, typed in the 3 answers... I click "Confirm Change" and a window pops-up in my Chrome saying "FAIL" and nothing happens.

Also E-mail for the Security E-mail option doesn't arrive either.
