No you don't understand, people are not quitting because "it takes too long to play", it is because "it should takes long to play but it isn't". There is nothing to do in the game right now: no new ninja exam, no Kage trial, nothing. Most of the time you spend into the game is waiting when doing NOTHING: waiting for arena queue, waiting for plunder, YOU DON'T HAVE SH*T TO PLAY IN THE GAME.
How do we fix this? Just fix the * arena queue and add new PvE function into the game especially new ninja exam
