One lineup you can consider is

Ao - Kisame - X
Tsunade - WaterMain - X
X - X - X

Talents: 2 3 3 2 1 Summon: Monkey King (7 combos) or the purple variation for 6

It is sort of a chaos control team with Kisame eating chakra to prevent further mysteries to be triggered later on in the round, and Water Main's mystery to hopefully be able to trigger chaos as well :x
