I think it's better if you just wait. You can get it easily from TI once your power increases anyways.

I have been doing the Itachi Brothers TI at hard now for a while and from what I can tell it's the best base scroll out there. It's up to you if you wanna buy it but seriously why spend money on that when you can get it one day for free anyways? :victory:
