For the most part you just need to be on top of your gear/refines/general power to ensure that you're strong enough to punch through shielded teams, Iruka himself usually isn't a big threat, most people waste his shuriken very easily and you can just use mysteries when you know he can't stop you anymore.

Most early game Fire MC Teams completely fall apart without the fire main, either from being killed or disabled in some way. Wind MCs are generally going to struggle because they have an elemental disadvantage and Fire MCs are made for destroying clones/puppets anyway.

All I can really say is be on point with your strength, target the right people in teams to break combos and just do what you can to work around Iruka.
