Round 1, You can acupuncture GNW Tenten, Mabui's shield still won't break so either Azure (if u play her) or Mabui can't heal her. They just sit on 60 chakra for nothing.

Or you can play someone who can leech enemy's chakra by attack, such as Torune, Kisame etc. That's another way to stop Tenten from activate her skill at round 1.

This team is glass cannon. they can't survive in long fight or vs someone has better initiative.
