One lineup you c*e for the fire main is Jiraiya (Sage Mode), Mei, Ningendo and your main.
The lineup would be something like this and the talents are 44331 with dog of hell summon.
Since you're in the top 10 in your server, i'd assume you have pretty high intiative. Let's use an arena example because if you can win in arena, chances are you can win in pvp.
Round 1: Since everyone nowadays has the mabui, tenten, mei, water main lineup and assuming you have a higher intiative, your jiraiya would attack first and should start the 9 combo while immobilizing their mabui which wouldn't allow them to use their tenten round 1. If you don't have a higher intiative that's fine too. You have your main mystery which will cancel out paralyze if tenten gets her combo off.
Round 2: Use your jiraiya mystery to kill whoever you decide you need to. Using the example above, I would kill mabui so they cannot use their mei mystery during the second round. By now, they would usually just refresh because they already lost.
Situation 2: If you have a lower intiative, use your ningendo's mystery on them(i would use it on mei or mabui). This will take chakra from them and mabui will only recover 40 so they cannot use their mystery.
Round 3: Assuming they're still here, you should win by doing anything.

A secondary lineup you could try using the fire main again.

This one uses sage naruto instead of ningendo. Both are extremely good but sometimes i prefer ningendo for the debuff mirror. Talents are 44441 with the dog of hell summon as well.
With this lineup, you have 2 clones that can tank along with the sage naruto one that can regenerate each round assuming it gets killed off. Also, since you have ninjutsu urge, your ninjutsu gets increased which will buff your damage by a lot.
Round 1: Let naruto combo with his clone which will be an 7-8 combo. If they have a ninja in the first row, then it becomes immobilized.
Round 2: Start with the naruto mystery if you have higher intiative. This should be an 8 combo and should do an insane amount of damage. Also, since you have the chakra gain from both naruto and jiraiya, you c*e jiraiya's mystery as well. By now, they should be around half or less health.
Round 3:If you want to use your main's mystery you can, but just save it for clearing debuffs usually. During this round, if you can, use your mei's mystery which should kill them off. Be sure not to use it early if they have someone in the 1-3rd slots that can start a combo and stop your mystery.
Round 4: By now you should win or if you haven't, it should be pretty easy to win.
