1＃ Go ToSo yeah I am saving seal scrolls for tendo pain, got 40 already saved and by the end of this month I will reach 90 or so and I think after 2-2.5 months I can finally get him but there is a problem, by the time I have 400 seal scrolls I would have already gotten ALL of the other pains plus sage jiraiya (chikushudo is already free in group shop,have 60 jigukudo frags will get the rest from current monthly etc etc) so is it still worth it to get him? I saw some videos of scion storm and he was farming tendo fragments in some event on cn, will there be any similer event like that here?. Where we can get tendo in fragments 1 by 1.

Spending any scrolls on tendo is a huge waste, all of those ninja will be near useless to you by the time you'd have the scrolls saved up to pull for a chance at tendo. A handful of the pains might still have use, but that's a big might.
Tendo still has a place in areas like GNW or Ranked, but it sounds like you intend to use him as part of a main team, which is not recommended at all. Kaizer recently put out a video where he did this and since 2.0 the results are really unfavorable. There is also the aspect that you might pull hashirama instead of tendo.
Save those scrolls. With 400 scrolls you could get your pick of han or roshi and definitely get sage naruto (if you want to invest in sage, which I wouldn't). Alternatively you could go deep in kage treasure, all of which are solid ninja that should last awhile. Dumping those on a tendo chance is one of the worst things you could do with those seals.

- He is free with lv 90 plot instances yeah, im also thinking of using seals on tendo, cuz im not that happy about my 2nd rare in kage, and i dont wanna risk getting onoki or something else than danzo, so if we get same treasure as germany im gonna go for tendo
but by that time I think tendo rares will be free in the shops -

Hashirama and Tendo pain are excellent ninjas go for them, they will be useful for various instances and group fights. People saying wait for this or for that have no idea when Tendo pain shards will be available and by that time you might have gotten him already. The regular and rare ninjas in the tendo chest arent the strongest, that is true, but drawing from that treasure is still the best and cheapest way to get Hashirama and Tendo pain, currently. My advice is not to wait for magical unicorns to appear that will shower you with super rare ninja shards, and get what you want. -

Killer Bee is only a plot reward at level 98 for clearing all the level 90 instances and the level 100 update to even get him will be months away. As far as spending on the Tendo pack just don't do it. Everyone who has him will tell you Tendo is useful but he's no longer that good in PvP. Also, as someone else pointed out, nearly every player that pulled for him got him at 800. So doing it at 400 is just a big gamble as well.
If you are going to save up and use those seal scrolls do it in any pack after sage. By the time you have saved up those 400 we will most likely have another new pack, likely the reanimation one. As such spending them in that or kage or just saving for an even further out pack is still much better. All of the pains are okay at best, sage jiraiya, beheading kakashi and wind blade asuma frags are given all over randomly and none of them are that great either. Hashirama is a monster and is definitely worth it but in terms of the 400 seal scroll wall I still wouldn't bother with it. I get that new ninjas are fun and enticing but the fun value goes down quite a bit when you find out that they just aren't that great and you wasted all that time and effort for them. -

Tendo pain isnt great in 1v1 pvp, he never really was, BUT turn 1 Tendo pain compositions are beastly in the great ninja war and are still used to this day in many groups in china. Furthermore, doing stuff like team instances becomes a breeze with the use of Tendo teams. Do not underestimate the value of Tendo pain. He is worth 800 seals and certainly worth the gamble of 400. -
