Well this is nice, a mod said it was impossible for players to jump on 1st day of cap increase to lvl 90 and on my server I see two players already lvl 90. Awesome, no?
On a side note, seems they delay Konan from shop cuz they are still milking her on events, thanks to those who pay for her still knowing she will be given for free later on.:L

Yea I'm amazed at just how * this level cap increase was. All that they did is successfully delay whining by maybe one or two days. It's completely pointless to raise the cap if people are going to hit it in literally one or two days because of overclocked exp, which wasn't an issue the first cap raise. It's pretty astoundingly bad. Now all we're gonna hear and see is literally "when is next level cap. I'm already 90 and done with all the stuff in instances. q.q" I'm not normally one to talk crap but holy hell just how dumb can you be...

i actually like those events. My only problem is... chikushodo, really??? You bashed us with Konan for months in events and when we're supposed to get her on shops, we get chikushodo instead? And how in the hell will even take her frags when there is medium refine on this shop? Lvl cap, events are nice, would have been a "perfect" event cycle with Konan

What I don't like is that the other lv 80 instances aren't available until lv 86, I don't see why these elites should be any different from the last, may as well call these "Lv 86 elite instances"

This is literally how all the other plot instances always worked. You need to be 88 to unlock the last ones as well.

Technically 12k is cheaper than 15-16K, but I would bet that difference isn't even close to the extra value provided in lucky board. Assuming you are still getting value from the stuff the board drops.

The shop and shop updates are grossly underused by Oasis IMO. It's a brilliant system and while the "star scrolls" feature has some merit, I think the shop currency is really unexciting. If they were updating/including events using these currencies people would care a lot more I'm sure. Instead it's treated like the last stop before garbage town. Tobi was the best ninja in shop now he's useless. They add deidara right before he becomes irrelevant in 2.0, they finally add chikoshudo but no one uses her. People will literally use all the others pains in a ranked team and exclude her.

She's a prime candidate of needed a skill break IMO. Really wish EN Oasis would examine more ways to balance the meta and power levels of ninja. I'm not proposing nerfs, but using systems like skill break to give ninja more versatility. Also I feel like the base stats of some ninja really make them unviable and while ofc power levels vary, with so much BP influence outside of the actual ninja, it really creates a bad environment for ninja like chikoshudo who doesn't have anything special for stats and skills with limited synergistic strategies.

I won't be getting frags of her over medium refines, but if she were in survival I would 5 star her. I already did Deidara without having to buy frags (ninja boxes) and I have well over 80k survival coins with nothing to spend on unless I want to go from 4 to 5 star kakuzu (more useful than either Deidara or Chikoshudo IMO).

And you need to be 88 to get Ningendo? Or just the plot ones, I know the plots are every 2 levels.

No I dont think this lv cap increase is *. It's just something amazing that the team has delivered to us. Who cares about level? All that we want or I want is I can continue the story, the story of naruto that I like. If you think raising level cap is * probably u just some weakling with 30k power, who jealous with other players all the time that your * going to explode tmr

Level restrictions are just on plot instances. Elite instances only recommend a level and power, but you can do them as soon as your the level that opens the whole instance. For example once you hit level 80 all them will be available, but you have to beat them in order. I hope that makes sense.

I already know that info, it's just that I'm lv 83, and I can only do the first 3, and not the following 3, I was really looking forward to this update so I could get Ningendo frags, but the instance isn't showing up, I know the plot instance lv restriction, I just don't get why these apparently have a level restriction, someone said you had to be lv 86.

lvl 85 opens the 3 elite instances

It takes like 2 minutes to calculate that you know :P

I don't like that 1010, nor i have *e for her. The only thing i like about that slot is that every 5k ingots you will get 20-30 keys, 1200 coupons and some magatamas. And it's better than most of others recharge event.
