If you check SNaruto's stats, you'd find that minus his Life, the other stats are below average. But if it makes you feel better, his CD will be increased to 3 rounds in the (far) future. Of course, by then, we'll have skill book and he could be 5-star-ed so...

As for Mei, don't have her so don't know about her stats, but she's kinda annyoing in a water team, mostly because no matter how much you damage her, the healer(s) of the team could always make up for the loss. maybe if they lose that "increase damage to male ninja" clause, I mean, what is she, Breeze?
