Hey

Try this, Right Click your Naruto-Online application.
Properties > Compatibility > Disable display scaling on high DPI

Hmm, Try messing with the resolution of your computer.

Could be that the launcher isn't registering with your PC's resolution

So it's scaling either up or down with your resolution?
