I youst wondering--whay this game is not translated to russian language?Thers a lot of ppl in Russia that love Naruto,but dont now english language--plus its huge market if you can say so. Yea thats a lot of job to translate all game + thats means you need new section in forums, for russian speaking people. Yea its risky to open new servers in new region--you need to advertise the game in russian sites,but i think you could start by putting some sort of adverts in russian comunity pages ,like VKontakte or Odnoklasniki.
