• Tbh, I would spend it on the treasure because of kinkaku and ginkaku, if you haven't seen how op they truly are, you have to. The reanimations are pretty useful ninjas just like jinchuriki. But that's me! the ninjas are worth it either way :) once this treasure comes out, next treasure wont come out til 5 or 6 months most likely. Get what you can now until you're satisfied then save ;3

• They are, but the more you pull, you'll most likely 3star them. For rares it'll take longer, but not 10 pull ninjas
