So, let me see if I'm getting this right: You are angry because people are plundering their alts, right? (I'm a bit confused) But, in all honesty, how many people could do that? Sure, on dead server it is VERY possible due to low population but not on average crowded ones.

Second of all, are you sure that that player's quitted? How sure are you? If it's just somebody who said "I'm quitting", then those words mean nothing ^^. That person could always comes back, play for 15 mins out of nostalgia then log out for another few months. That is why the mods as for proofs as detailed as possible; they'd be banning an innocent player otherwise. Also, accounts could be sold/given and there's nothing wrong with that.

Finally, the amount of work and grinding needed in order to level up an account to within the 15 lvs gate are quite a lot. After lv 55, it might take you from days to weeks to even level up. Yes it's possible to create *t just for plunder, but not many people would go through that trouble. They are better off plundering normal people imo.
