Hey,

1) Without Karin, you won't have any debuffs. The team Kurenai, Hinata, Karin, Wind was the best team (for Wind) before Kage treasure, it's still a great team even after that. One of my friends were using that team and we won a war thanks to that. It's not a good idea to put Tsunade here, her mystery is pretty useless for the team.
2) There is really no one who could actually attack without preparation, if we won't count Wind Main. I mean.. Gaara needs a barrier to do something, Kabuto doesn't attack. Sasori needs a puppet to actually do something.
