Why should there be another way its like for every ninja elite and draw. You may can gte some fragments with the new feature at weekends but its random who you get.

You're completely misreading the post.. I also thought it could've been an elite instance clearance reward because people on S1 have him at 5 stars already so I thought I was missing something. Don't get so angry over a question, fren.

idk why u think it was angry maybe you read it angry. Some ppl managed too get kakashi before they got him for free which means they got basiclly a 4 star kakashi. 5 star is pretty nasty they must have draw him like 8 times each time 20 fragments which is actually *ty for them XD. Well 4 star is ez too get 5 star needs 200 fragments = alot of drawing.

There was a 7 Day event at the beginning which let you get Kakashi(3 Star) if you logged in 7 days in a row.

When server 1 was released there was an event with kakashi 80 frags if you login every day...some players are lucky and draws kakashi from recruit>seal treasure and if you sweep elite instances every day before you get kakashi 80 frags from that event you can make him 4 stars already and some players draws kakashi 20 frags from tendo treasure

In Survival Trail you might get lucky too & get fragments for Kakashi

This is a starting event on every server btw
