I know that you can do elite instances for him, but is there any other way? I guess pulling him in Seal Treasure and the other ones but.. there has to be other ways, right?

  • Why should there be another way its like for every ninja elite and draw. You may can gte some fragments with the new feature at weekends but its random who you get.
You're completely misreading the post.. I also thought it could've been an elite instance clearance reward because people on S1 have him at 5 stars already so I thought I was missing something. Don't get so angry over a question, fren.
