I'm sorry but I doubt it, what you're talking about happened in previous games that I've also played before. However, in Naruto online I don't see that feature, so if you don't log in that day then the "daily sign in" on that day is lost. That being said, if you log in the next day you get a sign in so it only depends on the days you've skipped. You just need a certain amount of days per month, whether it's a full monthly attendance or 26, 17 times and so on.
