Says those who are activating the medal for the first time can't get rebate. What about those who had medal before, but it expired before this event? Rebate only applies to returning Jonin-Medal users. You may extend or if your medal expired. Regardless, you're still a returning member, You'll receive the rebate.

So, even if I don't have medal now, if I activate it during this event, can get the coupons as rebate, right? Since I had medal once before?
