Kakashi and Hinata are a good start. Try to read through their abilities and set them up so that their abilities follow one after another like Chase and attack the high floated enemy and cause low float- then look for someone who can chase low float. Combos will be built easily if you have the right ninja.

When you use main's skill, kakashi will chase it and will cause low float, then kakashi will chase low float and will cause knockdown. Find somone who can chase knockdown to low float (such as kankuro), and change your main's chase into low float to repulse (celestial prison). After repulse, hinata will chase repulse and cause knockdown with acupuncture which will result in 7 chases overall.I recommend you to use Kankuro - Hinata - Kakashi and fire main. Kankuro's poison, your main's ninjutsu AoE, kakashi's ignition (switch your main's passive skill to mirror skill where it deflects a buff, because it also buffs ignition damage by TONS), kakashi's paralysis and hinata's acupuncture will decimate the whole team.
