    There's really only three dps. The Fire main does condition spam, the Wind main does AOE dmg, and the Lightning main does single target.

    Utility: Lightning can disable other team's combos because he's the only one allowed to do great single target damage. Wind can hit the entire enemy team with a giant rasengan that fires twice over two turns, so it can easily deal with clone spam. Fire c*so deal with the clones we currently have if it uses the dragon jutsu but it's also about immobilize, sleep, ignition, and reflecting status effects you try to put on it.

    There's really no strongest. People will think Lightning is strong or Earth is weak but that's CURRENTLY their impression because they haven't seen what's in store in the future meta. As more ninja get added and more power unlocked, the strongest changes.

    If you're not interested in conditions and just want someone who can obliterate ninjas with damage then go with Wind main. Reason being Wind has access to excellent AOE and some of the strongest and longest combos in the game as well as clone spam for defense. It would be the top tier character class were it not for Fire's many nasty tricks that at times are more annoying and deadlier.

    Also, Wind counters Lightning so you'd still be stronger than the single target DPS guys.

Here is the thing Earth is weak, it becoming stronger later does not help the people that are playing Earth and quitting the game because Earth *s too much and they don't feel like rerolling.

  • Considering you get access to all of the classes later, just don't play Earth right now if it's going to make you quit.

    Sometime in September you can switch to Earth when you have access to the Pains from the shops.

    As with lots of MMOs, few people start playing as a tank right away. They pick a dps class like Rogue or Wizard for their first character so they can solo easier and level fast. Then they make *t tank and gear him up with awesome stuff so he can level faster and solo better. Same story here, don't play a tank as your first character unless you can stand playing every match to 10 rounds and winning on most health.

Well don't get me wrong Earth is amazing in PVE, it is just in PVP where it *s. When I fight people and they complain about the long fight the only thing I can tell them is it is not my fault I didn' t make Earth * the developers did. This post was last edited by Tezu at 2016-8-13 02:40

  • Couldn't disagree with you any more. I play Earth main successfully on S.11 at rank 1. No one is even close to me in terms of power, survivability and damage done.

    It's all about finding the right synergy with other ninjas. In most cases you build a team around your main. The good thing about playing earth is that you can build a relatively weaker team behind a power house (with damage buff passive) and tear the enemy team apart.

    I think earth is a great class to play as and also very rewarding.
If your power is significantly higher than everyone else of course u are going to be successful.

  • You kinda already bought the late game ninjas everyone says earth needs to be fun and good. so you skipped the mid phase everyone is complaining about.
That and he basically admitted that he has not fought anyone equal to his power level. It is like saying Earth is fine because it can beat people with 2k power less than them. I will admit that me calling Earth weak was inaccurate because it is not weak but it is the weakest class in PVP right now. The reason Earth is the weakest in PVP is because of balance reasons. You see Earth has strong defense against direct damage because of the Shields so the main way to bypass that is with Poison and Ignite. So the developers gave it no defense against poor states because than it would be OP.

Another problem is right now there are far more Ninjas with ignite and poison than there are that can clear more than one poor state. Once more Ninjas come out that can cleanse all poor states instead of just 1 or 2 Earth will start to shine in PVP but until than the average Earth will be at a disadvantage in PVP because Fire, and Water have things in their toolkit to deal with Earth, while Lightning just counters Earth directly.

  • if you dont mind me asking what team do you use for your earth main? i play earth and enjoy it alot but am having a bit of a hard time finding a team i like with him
He probably uses all seal scroll or pay2win Ninja's. Earth is pretty much garbage otherwise. Anyways teams I use with Earth that work well and are free are.

Rock Lee, Neji, Guy.

Tsunade, Kakashi, Kankuro

Karin, Sasuke, Tenten

Kakashi, Sasuke, Karin.

Tsunade, Guy, and Rock Lee

Tenten, Tsunade, Guy
