- Is Itachi susanoo 1 frag only or you get him completely? He's the best ninja I've drawn so far in kage
Susano Itachi is 1-3 Frag per 60-70 pulls. So everytime you're within the range of that 1 rare, you'll get 1-3 SS Itachi.
He doesn't come as a complete Ninja ever. So you'll get SS Sasuke before even getting SS Itachi. -

- Not entirely true, SS Itachi frags are spread out over 5 or so different treasures.. So if you aren't devoting everything t kage, theoretically you will get sus itachi before ss sasuke assuming you pull ofc from the others and just dont care about either ay or ss sasuke.
Yeah, over 5 treasures, with 4 of them not out in this game yet.
So I was just answering in relation to what's current and to the thread title. ;P -
