Want to say after your 4th rare pull you start pulling your dupes.. Don't be mad you got a repeat of mei out of any dupe possibility, least you got the best dupe you could.

My bad thought i read it as another mei, hey the guy who pulled for sus itachi first on our server didn't get mei til like 1700 seals... Others have got them all before pulling there first SR. Im at 982 seals into kage still havent pulled my super rare, Mifune or Darui. I've wanted darui for the longest time, he has double std, immune mystery, good dmg, and buffs your sword users. He's a key fit for MB teams. I don't run a MB team anymore cuz I don't have mifune feel like he's a must currently.

Susano Itachi is 1-3 Frag per 60-70 pulls. So everytime you're within the range of that 1 rare, you'll get 1-3 SS Itachi.

He doesn't come as a complete Ninja ever. So you'll get SS Sasuke before even getting SS Itachi.

Not entirely true, SS Itachi frags are spread out over 5 or so different treasures.. So if you aren't devoting everything t kage, theoretically you will get sus itachi before ss sasuke assuming you pull ofc from the others and just dont care about either ay or ss sasuke.
