when does the battle armor rebate start???

Well they promised they'd listen to their players and post the events earlier...Y'all remember how much that lasted??I tell you how much...1 time...IT ONLY HAPPENED 1 FREKING TIME!!!
All i am saying, is that you should not expect these mods to have any bit of honor in them, treat them like your biggest enemy, because that's how they treat you too
