Maybe you should start save up for GNW 1010 and give that Mei-Ao/Mabui-GNW Tenten-Azure a try? Can't go wrong with metas.

I'm just going to drop a quick suggestion for you... wait a week before start ranking up. Powerhouses will get their six paths in a few days, so leave them fighting. This way, you will only be around mid power player, making it much easier for you. You have 3 weeks to achieve it.
