1＃ Go ToCould anyone tell me why this has happend?
I reached the rank Super Kage, but i only got 7 Kankuro GNW frag 1 shurado frag and 5 seal fragments.

Let me guess, you have NEVER reached six path before?
This is what happens if you have never reached six path, in any season, you get minimal reward and keep your rank
If you have reached six path once, in any season ever, your rank resets and you get reward according to your rank. -

Resuming the info:
No good rewards if you don't get 6path first. (they should had this to the rules, would save a lot of time) -

Considering you received the lowest tier rewards, and your rank did not reset is indicative that you've never reached 6 Path before, not even once.
You need to reach 6 Path at least once before you can received the reward of the highest rank that you're in, and ALL players (eligible for reset except those of servers not more than 60 days) who have reached 6 Path at least once have had a reset during the new season.
On the bright side, you've only a few more points to climb to 6 Path. -
