no problem. It may seem weird to have Sai with Danzo, since Sai is a water and Danzo's barrier is Fire/Lightning boost. However since Sai has the Anbu camo. He is affected by Danzo's barrier, since he now counts as Fire/Lightning .

At least that's what I guess anyway.

Yeah, both regular Sai & GNW Sai are considered every element, so they benefit from any and all buffs demanding a particular element. Barriers, Main character passive buffs and so on.
