That is good to know, but why aren't peoples power level in arena close to being the same if only initiative is the only stat added to arena? I assume it is ninja's star level, but still people with 27K+ running newer ninja like the kage ninja and event ninjas (cursed hidan). I know they more then likely don't have them 4 and 5 starred, but I am unsure. I would understand if they were basic ninja like sasuke and guy, but it isn't.
